The interchange at I-35E and TX 190 (Bush Turnpike) was nearing completion when these photos were taken in April 2005. The eastern side of the interchange opened on July 31, 2001, in conjunction with the opening of the section of the Bush Turnpike to the east. The interchange was fully opened to traffic on September 9, 2005, when the section of TX 190/Bush Turnpike between I-35E and I-635 opened.
